Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the 9988 platform. By registering for or using our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 9988 platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 9988 as the platform operator.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
The 9988 platform is intended for users aged 18 years and above only. Registration and use by minors is strictly prohibited, and any account found to be in breach of this requirement will be closed immediately.
Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 9988 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Accounts registered with false or fraudulent information will be terminated without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for the security of your password and all activity on your account. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account, contact the 9988 support team immediately. The platform will not be held liable for any losses resulting from the sharing of login credentials.
9988 may request identity verification documents such as a national ID or passport before approving a fund withdrawal. This is a standard security measure to protect users from fraud and unauthorised account access.
Using multiple accounts for any purpose — including to claim bonuses or circumvent restrictions — is prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected for the same user, all associated accounts may be suspended and the fund balances frozen pending the outcome of an investigation.
Payment and Transaction Information
All transactions on the 9988 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks. 9988 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and will not be responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by third parties.
All withdrawal requests are subject to an internal review process before approval. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and current conditions. 9988 reserves the right to delay or reject a withdrawal request if there is suspicion of fraud, a breach of terms, or if identity verification has not been completed.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that the bank account or e-wallet details they provide are correct and current. 9988 will not be liable for any losses resulting from incorrect account information submitted by the user.

Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links
9988 is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, or losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform. 9988's maximum liability to any user is limited to the net active deposit balance in the relevant account at the time of the incident.
All content, logos, interface designs, text, software code, and visual elements on the 9988 platform are the exclusive property of the platform operator. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from 9988.
The 9988 platform may contain references or links to third-party services such as payment providers or game providers. 9988 does not control the content or privacy policies of those third parties and accepts no liability for any losses or disputes arising from a user's interactions with them.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
9988 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user account in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions. Situations that may lead to such action include:
- Identity fraud or providing false information during registration
- Use of multiple accounts by the same user
- Attempted manipulation of games or the payment system
- Money laundering activity or suspicious transactions
- Users found to be under the age of 18 who are using the platform
In cases where an account is closed without involving fraud or a serious breach, any legitimate fund balance may be claimed by the user through the identity verification process. This process takes time and is subject to the outcome of an internal review.
To voluntarily close an account, users may contact the 9988 support team. All voluntary closure requests will be processed once there are no pending transactions on the account.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

9988 reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 9988 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute may be referred to an appropriate dispute resolution body.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, and the remainder of these terms shall continue in full force and effect.
